I have made my order and now the product doesn’t show in the web shop, why?

If the item you ordered has disappeared from the website, it has run out of stock. Did it appear ion the website when you ordered it, it is on the way!

What payment methods are there?

With us you can pay via credit- and debit card and prepayment to our bank account

How long is he delivery time?

Normally the delivery time of 2-7, depending on your country, after we received your order or your payment in advance. Would be unlikely to be out of stock will be notified to the email you specified when ordering.
NOTE: If you put an order on a Friday will not be sent the order until the next non-holiday weekday when the post is closed over the weekend.

I have not received my product, although it has been seven days since I ordered?
This may depend on several things. The two most common causes are:
1: That you have chosen method of payment and prepayment and forgot advance payment, which means that we are waiting for your payment to send your order.
or
2: The postman forgot to leave a pick slip in your mailbox. Contact your regular pick-up and hear about the package is there.

What if the product is delivered damaged?

All goods are checked before they are sent from us. Although it may be unfortunate enough to be damage by deliverance. Contact us as soon as possible so we can solve the problem without delay, since you as a customer is most important to us.

How are the goods are shipped to the customer?

All our products are shipped from our own warehouse.

When you order a product, which is "In Stock" before 12:30, there is an order to our warehouse for packing the same day. At holidays such as Christmas, New years, graduation, Father's Day, etc.. we reserve the right that delivery may take 1-2 days extra. Normal delivery of a product in stock is 2-7 days depending on weekends and holidays. Usually it is the Swedish post office’s delivery times that add to the delivery time.
Note that the watches are often a bit larger which might require the post office to deliver a post slip in your mailbox and before you can collect the goods. Sometimes the post slip is lost or late, and then maybe you as a customer feel that we are slow, but we keep our goals in 1-4 banking days, or you as a customer will be contacted via the email you provided when ordering.

Complaints

We always check that the goods you have ordered are in perfect conditions before we send them.
Nevertheless, errors can occur naturally, and then it is important that we can resolve this as smooth as possible for our customers, as this is important to us.
Would you have a faulty or wrongly supplied product, contact us immediately, we will solve the problem.

Does your sunglasses have protection from the sun's rays?

Yes, all our sunglasses are UV400 filter for protection against the sun's harmful rays.

Do you update your assortment?

We constantly introduce new models to the website since the sunglasses trend changes often and quickly. Our range will therefore change continuously so look out in the shop every now and then!

How do I change the product I bought?

Would you like to exchange an item you bought from us, please email contact us and get a document to be filled in with info about switching, etc and sent the product back to us.
