Shipping & Cancellations

Saltopeppar.com delivers international. Deliveries are carried out in cooperation with the Swedish Postal Service (Posten AB) and their counterparts in other countries. Normal delivery time is 2-10 days depending on country. Shipping cost is fixed to 39 SEK or 3,51 € EURO. All our products on the webshop are in stock and ready to send. We accept full responsibility for loss and damage during shipping to you and you must notify us within 2 days after delivery if delivered product is damaged. Cancelling an order after the order has been dispatched is not allowed. In case an ordered product is sold out or cannot be shipped, Saltopeppar.com has got the privileges to cancel the order and repay the customer or let you choose another product. Saltopeppar.com takes no responsibilities for the handling of the product during return shipments; this is considered a responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return a product you are to carry all return shipping charges.

Order confirmation

When you made your order you will receive an order confirmation to your registered e-mail. It is therefore very important that you have entered a valid e-mail address. We would advise you to save this e-mail as it will simplify the procedure in case you would have to contact our customer service. 

Payment

We accept payment to our bank account and by credit or debit card. The address that you enter at checkout must be in accordance with who is registered as the holder of the credit card to be charged.

Credit Card Payment

You can choose to pay either with a Visa, a MasterCard or a Diners Club credit card and we do not charge you any extra charges. The actual payment is handled by CertiTrade , which is only using secure servers and connection to guarantee your safety.

Prices

All prices are included Swedish VAT (Value Added Tax) at 25 %.

Orders

An order that is placed in the name of another person without the approval of that person, or that is performed in any way that may cause Saltopeppar.com economic damage will be reported to appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the case of sellouts and pricing mistakes. In any such case Saltopeppar.com is obliged to clearly state the reason of the cancellation to the customer and repay the customer all payments related to the order.

Return Policy

As you receive your package from the shipping agent it is crucial that you examine the package and the products inside to ensure that no damages have been caused during shipment. If you find that something is wrong you must notify our customer service and return the product in 14 days. This can either be done through an e-mail to info@saltopeppar.se, or through the contact form at the Contact Us page. Specify your order number and cause of your wish to return the product and we will get back to you in short. No matter if the product is damaged it must be treated with care and must in all cases be packaged so that it will not be damaged during return shipping.
You, as a private customer, are in accordance to applicable law allowed to cancel the order no later than 14 days after you have received the products. You must inform us about such a withdrawal in writing to info@saltopeppar.se. A withdrawal can only be made at this stage if the product is in the condition as when it arrived and has not been used other than to try it out in a careful manner. As you contact us you will receive an address to ship the return item to and further instructions how to return the product. The cost of returning items (shipping charges) is of the customer's responsibility. Saltopeppar.com will not pay for the shipment of the returned items in such cases. We will notify you when we have received and processed the returned item and we will refund you no later than 5 days after we have received the item.

Personal information

As you place an order at Saltopeppar.com your personal information will be registered in order for you to able to finish your order. All personal information is handled as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

Damages during shipping

If a product is damaged during shipment, no matter if the damage is clearly visible or revealed, it must be reported to the shipping agent that delivered the product. It is therefore important that you inspect the package for damages as you receive it. Damages during shipment must also be reported to Saltopeppar.com within 14 days.

Product information

Saltopeppar.com retains the right to adjust prices, inaccurate prices, product information, product images and special offers without further notice. Product images and descriptions reflect the actual product, but may differ from actual in nuances and details. Images may differ depending on the color calibration of different computer monitors.

Force Majeure

Saltopeppar.com will be free from responsibility if the contract should be cancelled due to causes out of our control. Examples of such circumstances are (but not limited to) governmental intervention, new or changed legislation, war, fire, flooding, sabotage, cancelled deliveries from subcontractors as well as if the Saltopeppar.com would be inflicted by criminal activity that would affect the operation of the company.

Applicability

If certain conditions in this document would be conflicting with applicable law of the country of residence of the customers, only such conditions will be inapplicable, but all other conditions in this document shall still be valid.

Legal Issues

Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities. All legal issues will be dealt with resolved according to Swedish Law.
