Shipping & Cancellations delivers international. Deliveries are carried out in cooperation with the Swedish Postal Service (Posten AB) and their counterparts in other countries. Normal delivery time is 2-10 days depending on country. Shipping cost is fixed to 39 SEK or 3,51 € EURO. All our products on the webshop are in stock and ready to send. We accept full responsibility for loss and damage during shipping to you and you must notify us within 2 days after delivery if delivered product is damaged. Cancelling an order after the order has been dispatched is not allowed. In case an ordered product is sold out or cannot be shipped, has got the privileges to cancel the order and repay the customer or let you choose another product. takes no responsibilities for the handling of the product during return shipments; this is considered a responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return a product you are to carry all return shipping charges.


Order confirmation

When you made your order you will receive an order confirmation to your registered e-mail. It is therefore very important that you have entered a valid e-mail address. An order that is placed in the name of another person without the approval of that person, or that is performed in any way that may cause economic damage will be reported to appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the case of sellouts and pricing mistakes. Return Policy

As you receive your package from the shipping agent it is crucial that you examine the package and the products inside to ensure that no damages have been caused during shipment. If you find that something is wrong you must notify our customer service and return the product in 14 days. This can either be done through an e-mail to, or through the contact form at the Contact Us page. Specify your order number and cause of your wish to return the product and we will get back to you in short. No matter if the product is damaged it must be treated with care and must in all cases be packaged so that it will not be damaged during return shipping.
You, as a private customer, are in accordance to applicable law allowed to cancel the order no later than 14 days after you have received the products. Damages during shipping
